Shipping Rates and Policies

All orders over $99.00 ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.

Shipping Locations

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada, and select international locations.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. The first shipping day begins the next business day after processing.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is handled through carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Freight shipments may be arranged for larger orders. Transit times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, and seasonal volume.

Expedited and Overnight Shipping

Available within the United States upon request.

Hazardous Materials

Some items, including aerosol-based products, are classified as Hazardous Materials and must ship via ground. They cannot ship expedited or internationally via air.

Parcel Forwarding Services

Breeze Products is not liable for damage, loss, or theft for orders delivered to a forwarding company. No refunds or replacements are offered if damage occurs through forwarding.

Business Holidays

No shipping occurs on the following U.S. holidays:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Copyright

All content, design, text, graphics, logos, images, buttons, icons, audio/video clips, and software on the Site are the exclusive property of Breeze Products and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Trademarks

All graphics, submarks, product names, and branding displayed on the Site are trademarks of Breeze Products and may not be used in any manner that causes confusion or discredits Breeze Products.

Satisfaction Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your experience or products, please contact us. Refunds or credits will follow our Return Policy.

Ingredient Disclaimer and Warnings

Customers must follow all product instructions and warnings. Breeze Products sunless tanning products do not contain sunscreen and do not protect against sunburn.

Online Conduct

You may not post unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content on the Site.

User Submissions

Content you submit must not include prohibited content such as hate speech, intellectual property infringement, false statements, impersonation, malware, or unlawful material.

General Disclaimer

Information on the Site may not always be current or complete. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Results vary.

Order Refusal

Breeze Products reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except when returning defective products.

Private Labeling

Custom private label products are not returnable. All formulations developed by Breeze Products remain the exclusive property of Breeze Products.

General Shipping Information

Processing time is 1–2 business days. Delivery days are typically Monday–Friday.

Shipping Locations

We ship to the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada, and select international destinations.

Free Shipping

Retail orders over $99 ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.

Hazardous Materials

Hazardous Materials must ship by ground and cannot be expedited or shipped internationally by air.

Parcel Forwarding

We are not liable for packages after delivery to a forwarding service.

Shipping to Canada & International Destinations

All international shipments, including Canada, are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges. Orders refused due to unpaid fees are not refundable.

Retail Customer Shipping

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
Customers are responsible for correct address entry and lost package claims with carriers.

Professional / Wholesale Shipping

Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours. Freight deliveries must be inspected upon arrival and noted on the bill of lading.

Private Label Shipping

Private label shipments may require freight, LTL, or pallet shipping. Production ships only after approval and full payment. Damage claims must be submitted within 24–48 hours with documentation.


REFUND & RETURN POLICY

General Return Conditions (All Customers)

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Retail Customer Returns

Return window: 14 days from delivery.
Items must be unopened and unused.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless Breeze Products is at fault.

Professional / Wholesale Returns

Return window: 10 business days for unused, unopened items.
Bulk, HAZMAT, opened items, or equipment are not returnable.
Damage claims must be made within 48 hours.

Private Label Returns

All private label, custom-manufactured products are final sale. No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.
Defective items must be reported within 24–48 hours.

Refund Processing

Refunds process within 5–10 business days after inspection.
